Your tasks ## • Friendly and professional support of our guests at the reception of the Tamina Therme (Check-In / Check-Out) • Active, competent, personal as well as telephone consultation and sale of all offers in the areas of baths, sauna, wellness, restoration and Therme Boutique • On-site sale of vouchers and products, as well as booking and reservation of treatments, packages and courses • Contact point for all information and inquiries about the Tamina Therme • Operating the cash register including settlements and daily closing • Close cooperation with internal cross-departmental departments Your profile ## • Training in sales and/or commercial field desirable • Professional experience in a service company (gastronomy/tourism industry an advantage) • Fluent German skills as well as good English skills (French and Italian an advantage) • Good user knowledge in MS Office required • Very friendly manners and a well-groomed appearance • Communicative, confident and professional appearance • High flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team • Loyalty and discretion • Enjoyment of guest care and working in a team • Willingness to schedule working hours on all weekdays as well as for shifts on weekends and public holidays required
