AS A CHEF DE RANG You are responsible for the smooth running of the service and ensure a quality of welcome and personalized services for our customers. You know the menu perfectly in order to meet the expectations of the customers. You will carry out the various service and setup operations while respecting the quality standards and procedures in force within your hotel. Ideally from a hotel training background, you have significant experience of at least 4 years in a similar position and establishment. Experience in luxury hospitality is necessary. Relais & Châteaux is a plus You have an excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills. You are motivated, have a keen sense of organization and team work.
