Requirement Profile Professional Profile: Training ## Completed basic technical training in the field of: • Heating / HVAC • Energy technology • Building technology or comparable Further details • Further training as a HF Technician, Master, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage • Additional training in the field of project management, energy supply, or plant operation is desirable Professional Experience • Several years of professional experience in the field of heating, district heating, energy plants, or building technology • Experience in project control or client representation is an advantage • Practical experience in the operation and maintenance of energy or heat production plants • Experience in handling FM, maintenance, or ERP systems is an advantage • Confidence in dealing with external partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Leadership, Self-, and Social Competencies: • Independent, reliable, and precise way of working • Service-oriented attitude; good skill in dealing with external partners (customers, suppliers, authorities, etc.) • Proactive and motivated • Persistent, tenacious, and goal-oriented • Trustworthy, reliable, and integer • Willingness to keep the required specialist knowledge up to date Technical Competencies (supplementary) • Good knowledge of heating and energy technology • Understanding of economic contexts, cost, and schedule management • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working • Strong coordination and communication skills • Affinity for digitalization and process documentation Technical Responsibility ## Main Tasks and Responsibilities Client Representation & Project Control • Technical control and coordination of heating renovations for customers (conversion to district heating) • Ensuring implementation in accordance with schedules, costs, and quality by external planners, installers, and contractors • Coordination and scheduling of heat transfer stations • Acceptance of plants as well as accompanying commissioning Operation & Maintenance of District Heating Plants • Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and availability of base load and peak load centers • Organization and supervision of maintenance and repair work • Responsibility for material management (spare parts, warehouse, procurement) FM-Tool “Sambesi” • Setup, maintenance, and operation of the FM-Tool Sambesi • Component lists • Master data maintenance • Maintenance and service orders • Creation of work and service orders for internal departments or external third parties • Monitoring and documentation of order processing Support for New Construction and Expansion Projects • Technical support for the division manager for new construction projects of base load centers • Wood energy plants • Deep groundwater utilization • Participation in planning, coordination, and commissioning Support for Management • Support for the Managing Director of Energieverbund Siloah AG in operational management • Minute taking, preparation, and follow-up of meetings • Creation of technical decision-making bases Technical Administration • Creation of invoices, statistics, and evaluations • Cost monitoring of projects and operations • Scheduling, meeting management, and minute taking
