Team Leader WG Laubiberg 80% - 100% The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and job opportunities as well as various forms of living and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities pursue the goal of promoting the self-determined life of people with disabilities. In the Laubiberg residential quarter, 18 adults with diverse agogic support needs live. Our support is based on self-determination and autonomy, the promotion of independence in daily tasks and decisions in everyday living and leisure life. Inclusion and participation in the quarter, in social life and integration into the community are services that we strive for and initiate. We see physical and psychological well-being through suitable residential and individual support settings as our goal and our mission. To complement our team, we are looking for an open and responsible person as Team Leader WG Laubiberg 80% - 100% In the team, you are responsible for the professional and personnel leadership of 10 employees and a total of 18 people with different support needs. With structured thinking, passion, and tact, you ensure needs-oriented support for people with support needs as well as the professional development of the residential group employees.
