On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Facility Services Manager 80-100% CDI (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Organize and distribute activities between internal teams and external service providers • Manage tenders, negotiate, conclude, and ensure the follow-up of service contracts • Control and validate invoices in compliance with procedures and participate in budget preparation • Coordinate Facility Management services and ensure the smooth functioning of infrastructures • Participate in cross-functional projects related to the operation, maintenance, and development of infrastructures • Ensure regular reporting, facilitate the flow of information, and collaborate with various stakeholders • Supervise the quality of services, monitor performance indicators, and implement continuous improvement actions Profile • Higher education degree in Facility Management or equivalent training • Proven experience in a similar role in Facility Management, technical building management, or real estate • Experience in team coordination and provider management • Good knowledge of building techniques and facility operations • Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German • Driving license indispensable Benefits • Attractive working conditions as well as professional development possibilities • A position of responsibility within a recognized and constantly evolving company • Varied projects and a dynamic working environment • Great autonomy in the management of your activities • Start date: to be agreed Contact information Please apply directly online.
