Reference ### 2026-529 Job Description ## We are recruiting! ### As part of the strengthening of our industrial excellence approach, we are looking for a Lean Manufacturing Engineer. Your role: to support the deployment of Lean Manufacturing tools in order to support sustainable productivity and improve the performance of our production units. You intervene in a transverse manner on the themes of production, quality and maintenance, with a clear objective: to identify and concretize the levers of progress. You have an interest and curiosity for technological monitoring in the field of lean manufacturing and its developments. Your mission ### You pilot the deployment of Lean Manufacturing tools in order to permanently improve industrial performance. In close collaboration with the operational teams, you contribute to optimizing processes, reducing waste and spreading the culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Your skills ### - Mastery of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement approaches Ability to analyze flows and identify sources of waste - Knowledge in production and supply chain - Project management skills (piloting, structuring, deployment) - Ability to formalize standards and best practices - Ability to animate and coach teams in a transverse manner - Analytical mind, pragmatism and results-oriented - Analysis of industrial data (production, quality, maintenance) - Manipulation and structuring of industrial databases - Ability to build dashboards and performance indicators using visualization tools like Power BI - Interest in the use of AI tools applied to industry (predictive analysis, optimization, decision support) Your background ### - Engineer training or equivalent (production, industrial engineering, continuous improvement-) - Confirmed experience in an industrial environment, ideally on Lean projects - Experience in piloting continuous improvement approaches and operational transformation - Habit of working in a transverse manner with several professions (production, quality, maintenance) Contract ### Open-ended contract (CDI) Activity rate (%) ### 100 Job location ## Location ### Suisse Candidate criteria ## Languages ### English (3 - Advanced level)
