Development of the real estate actor network in line with the commercial strategy (Project Owners, AMO/RMO, representatives) Synthesis of files for presentation to the Management during internal closures and during the transfer to the operational teams. Writing of offers. Elaboration of offer presentations and defense of these before the Project Owners/AMO. Negotiations and finalization of contracts. Transfer to the work teams. Organization and participation in events aimed at creating a customer relationship and promoting the Company's image. Ensure the representation of the Company externally.
