As part of the strengthening of our center of excellence in operations management and operational security, we are looking for a: System and Network Administrator – SecOps and GRC Specialist (100%) YOUR FUTURE MISSION Ensure the operation of IT infrastructures: incident resolution, request processing, service supervision, and backup monitoring Contribute to operational security by monitoring alerts, participating in security incident management, and collaborating with the SOC Implement and maintain security tools (EDR/XDR, SIEM, etc.) and contribute to their integration into the IT infrastructure Ensure vulnerability management: identification, qualification, prioritization, and remediation monitoring (patching) Automate and industrialize security tasks and controls via scripting and adapted tools Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities: implementation of controls, participation in ISO 27001 audits, and production of compliance evidence Participate in risk monitoring and continuous improvement of the security posture, in connection with IT teams and the RSSI Contribute to transversal actions: documentation, collaboration with teams, and participation in cybersecurity awareness campaigns YOUR PROFILE CFC in Computer Science or equivalent degree Min. 3-5 years of experience (or equivalent) confirmed in the administration of systems and operation of IT and network infrastructures Experience in the field of operational IT security and in particular in security event response and controls Good knowledge of server, network, supervision, and backup environments Interest in processing complex incidents in collaboration with client and external provider teams Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage priorities Excellent relational and organizational skills, you are customer-oriented and able to work independently and in a team OUR BENEFITS Competitive compensation valuing your skills Opportunities for evolution and training Advantageous social insurance conditions Legal holidays off Flexible hours and telecommuting CFF station less than 10 minutes on foot Access to exclusive discounts Participative company culture Joining CIGES is above all integrating a Valaisan company in full development, dynamic and modern where your ideas and suggestions will be welcome.
