Make the difference with us as Manager (m/f/d) Finance & Controlling 80-100% # Your area of responsibility You autonomously manage the entire Finance & Controlling sector. You lead and motivate a team of 2 people. You are responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting. You ensure professional management of receivables, including collection. You are responsible for payroll processing, including the pay for shift teams and bonuses. You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets according to the CO. You prepare reports and analyses relevant to management. You prepare and validate VAT declarations. You plan and monitor our liquidity as well as cash management. You support the budgeting and forecasting process and develop it continuously. You analyze economic indicators and derive concrete recommendations from them. You develop KPIs and control tools for successful business management. You continuously optimize and digitalize our financial processes. Your profile A completed higher education in the field of finance, accounting, or business management. Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting - ideally in a manufacturing industrial company. Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting (CO). Experience in controlling as well as financial planning. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Analytical mindset, structured working method, and high quality requirements. Personal initiative, sense of responsibility, and practical spirit. Desire to evolve processes and actively participate in changes. Very good knowledge of German; proficiency in English is an asset. You understand leadership as an exemplary role: you work actively in a team, support your colleagues daily, and convince through your practical spirit.
