Customer Consultant (f/m/d) Zürich Region 80%-100% # • Zürich • Zürich (ZH) • Customer Service / Support As a Customer Consultant, you are the central contact person for pharmacies, drugstores, and other specialists in your region. With your enthusiasm for health, consulting, and sales, you will sustainably develop customer relationships and actively contribute to the success of our brands.  What you can achieve ## • You look after and develop long-term customer relationships with pharmacies, drugstores, and therapists in your sales area • Through regular customer visits, you recognize needs and potentials, advise competently, and develop suitable solutions • You optimally showcase our brands at the point of sale, present product novelties, and successfully accompany new assortments in the market • With sound product knowledge, sales-oriented conversations, and seasonal promotions, you actively support the achievement of our sales goals • You recognize additional sales opportunities early and successfully implement additional placements as well as ordering potentials • As an important interface between customers and the company, you plan and document your activities professionally in the CRM What you bring with you ## • Joy in sales, in consulting, and in building sustainable customer relationships • An open, convincing personality with an independent and structured way of working • Enthusiasm for passing on knowledge, recognizing opportunities, and driving things forward • A completed education in a pharmacy, drugstore, or health environment • Confident German language skills; French language skills are a plus • Driver's license category B We fill this position without external personnel service providers.   What we offer you ## 5 weeks of vacation, with the possibility to buy up to 10 additional vacation days or take unpaid leave Pension fund with advantageous premium distribution - approx. 2/3 are covered by us Various discounts in our pharmacies and with other top brands Expand competencies through promoted and supported training and further education as well as internal development opportunities Family-friendly with 16 weeks of maternity leave (100% of salary) and 20 days of paternity leave (100% of salary), as well as participation in a child fund Registered shares at preferential prices - not only commit to Galenica professionally, but also invest Mobile and flexible working in consultation with the team Learn more about the benefits
