Head of Technical Service, 100 % Your tasks Your versatile range of tasks includes in particular: Deployment planning and organization of the entire range of tasks as well as technical leadership of employees (two permanent employees and one apprentice) Deployment planning for temporary staff, interns and external service providers Monitoring of work by commissioned companies with a focus on building cleaning Participation in the municipality's budget process Maintenance of cooperation with cantonal specialist offices, municipalities, communal authorities and commissions as well as with customers, suppliers and service providers Monitoring of compliance with regulations on occupational safety and health protection as safety officer (SiBe) in accordance with EKAS Planning and execution of maintenance of roads, green spaces (including cemetery) and sewerage Technical and operational maintenance of municipal properties Acceptance of excavations as well as water and sewage connections Management of waste and recyclable materials collection as well as disposal sites Participation in winter service and provision of standby duty Maintenance of equipment, machines and vehicles Support for municipal council, administration and associations at public events Your profile You have: A technical-vocational training (EFZ), preferably in road construction or as a gardener Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in the public service A vocational trainer's certificate as well as training as a safety officer (SiBe) are an advantage.
