Start date: 01.09.2026 or by arrangement Work location: Bern The Military, Infrastructure and Logistics Department is responsible for the operation, maintenance and occupancy of the cantonal military facilities and is the cantonal specialist office for all matters in the field of military. It undertakes versatile management and control tasks for those subject to position and service duty in the Canton of Bern. Your tasks <br /> • Basic and maintenance cleaning (e.g. seminar rooms, toilet facilities, periodic care of floor coverings) • Timely provision, collection and reconfiguration of seminar and office premises • Provision and loading of barracks laundry • Execution of cleaning and maintenance work on the various hard surfaces of the outdoor areas • Independent work in landscaping and green space maintenance • Operating and maintaining the machines and vehicle fleet • On-call, weekend and winter service incl. driving vehicles in snow removal and carrying out security control rounds • Deployments at extraordinary events <br /> Your profile <br /> • Specialist in facility management EFZ with a focus on landscaping or comparable vocational training • Professional experience in housekeeping • Ability to perform work at heights (window cleaning) • Team player, reliable, responsible, independent • Balanced, helpful, open, resilient • Willingness to perform on-call, early and winter service • Category B driver's license • Very good German skills and good oral French skills <br /> We offer you We offer you a versatile and interesting activity in a professional environment, contemporary employment conditions and opportunities for further training.
