Sozialarbeiter/-in FH 40-60% ## Your tasks ### • Independent management of the internal clinic social counseling • Counseling and support of patients in the areas of work, law and insurance, finances, daily structure, outpatient support measures, housing, and family matters • Cooperation with motivated and appreciative medical staff • Planning (in cooperation with medical staff) of the professional reintegration of patients (partly directly with employers, with IV, etc.) • If required, initiating IV early intervention measures for professional reintegration • Appreciative interaction with the patient groups Your profile ### • Completed training in Social Work FH • Very good knowledge of social insurance law • Professional experience in the field of psychiatry or interest in learning about the field of mental illnesses • Several years of experience in the field of statutory social assistance or management of legal guardianships • Goal-, solution-, and resource-oriented • Communicative, proactive, and resilient personality with high social competence Your advantages ### A varied and challenging field of activity, in which you can contribute and expand your knowledge and skills, as well as attractive framework conditions and a workplace in a unique environment.
