Release Train Engineer Senior (1047) Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution Shape the establishment and further development of an Agile Release Train (ART) in the operations environment Further develop the strategic portfolio together with Business Owners, managers, and stakeholders, as well as promote transparency and prioritization Plan, prepare, and moderate PI Plannings and other SAFe events Coordinate dependencies between value streams and teams and ensure end-to-end value flow Provide functional support to managers and stakeholders in the introduction of agile working methods and the further development of business agility What makes you unique Degree at university of applied sciences or university level in computer science or equivalent training with several years of practical experience Experience in the establishment or further development of agile organizational structures, ideally of Agile Release Trains according to SAFe Experience in the planning and moderation of cross-divisional planning and coordination processes as well as in dealing with different stakeholder groups Understanding of strategic portfolio management, end-to-end value streams and business agility in the operations or service environment Experience as a Release Train Engineer, knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) or comparable approaches is an advantage Good active knowledge of two official languages In a nutshell Shape the establishment of an Agile Release Train in the Defence Platform and, with your experience, make an important contribution to the digital defense capability of Switzerland.
