Building Drafter Established in the Canton of Genève for more than 40 years, the architecture office TJCA operates throughout Switzerland with a diverse clientele, particularly in the fields of hospitality, offices, retail, housing, and renovation. With a team of about thirty collaborators, our office accompanies its clients through all stages of a project, from its conception to its realization. As part of the development of our team, we are looking for a Building Drafter – architecture orientation MISSION Within our team and in collaboration with architects and project managers, you will participate in the different development and realization phases of our projects. Your main missions will notably include: Prepare and update architectural plans at the different phases of the project. Develop execution plans and construction details. Participate in the preparation of building permit files. Carry out site surveys and ensure their graphic transcription. Participate in the research and development of technical and constructive solutions. Assist architects and project managers in the preparation of tender and realization files. Occasionally participate in the monitoring and coordination of projects during the construction phase. You will be required to work on varied projects and to progressively develop your autonomy and your skills within the office. SEARCHED PROFILE CFC as a building drafter, architecture orientation, or equivalent training. Good mastery of CAD software, in particular AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit and/or BIM tools is an asset. Good knowledge of constructive principles and interest in technical details. Mastery of Microsoft Office tools. Fluent French. Knowledge of English and/or German: an asset. Motivated, curious, rigorous, and organized person. Desire to learn, to progress, and to develop skills. Good team spirit and ease in exchanges with the various stakeholders of a project. First professional experience is appreciated, but the position is also open to recent graduates wishing to begin their professional career within an office where they can learn, progress, and gain autonomy. TYPE OF CONTRACT Activity rate: 100 %. Place of work: Genève. Start date: as soon as possible. Indefinite term contract.
