Then you are exactly right with us.    For our Textil und Leder workshop, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Agogics Specialist from 01.09.2026 to 31.01.2027 within the framework of a maternity cover with the option for extension. Your tasks • You individually accompany an employee with support needs in a 1:1 setting in everyday work and promote their strengths, resources, and independence. • You enable inclusive, appreciative participation and shape the working day clearly, motivatingly, and with joy. • You carry out the progress documentation carefully and complete the associated administrative tasks reliably. Your profile • You have completed training in the social, work-agogic, or health sector. • You enjoy accompanying and supporting people with support needs. • You are patient, empathetic, and meet others with a positive, humorous attitude. • You have good MS-Office skills and have a driver's license Kat.
