Employee Night Shift (approx. 3 - 4 nights per month)

We accompany, strengthen and enable self-determined living and working with diverse, flexible forms of living, creative employment opportunities and adapted workplaces. The implementation of the UN-BRK in an institutional framework guides our actions.   To complement our Wohnen team in Brugg, we are looking for an Employee Night Shift (approx. 3 - 4 nights per month) as of August 2026 or by agreement Your tasks: • Individual accompaniment and support of the clients in the living area in the evening and, if necessary, at night • Administration of reserve medications • Assistance and support for the clients in emergency situations • Alerting external medical specialists, the fire department or other external specialists in emergency situations   Your profile: • You are an initiative, responsible and team-oriented person • You have experience working with psychologically impaired people • Ideally, you have a specialized training in the social or nursing field • You are willing to take on responsibility • You are a self-reliant, resilient, empathetic and communicative person You can expect a lively and varied task in a collegial, committed team.
