Posieux, Suisse (and home office) | 80-80% What you can contribute <br /> • Independently answer legal questions in German, French and English • Review and process purchase contracts and other contracts in German, French and English • Conduct research and draft legal clarifications in various areas of law (labor law, intellectual property, agricultural law, animal protection law, contract law, etc.) in German, French and English • Represent Agroscope in appeal proceedings and before courts • Legally monitor projects and, if necessary, manage them, organize internal legal training <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Bachelor's degree in law • Several years of professional experience within a law firm, an administration or a company. Additional information The Legal Service advises members of the executive board as well as Agroscope employees on all legal themes related to their professional activity. It proceeds with the examination of contracts concluded by Agroscope and ensures the application of legislative provisions relating to public procurement, data protection and transparency. It also provides support in the legislative process and procedures involving Agroscope, particularly in the field of executive tasks.
