Social Pedagogue HF or FH

The Stiftung Lernwerkstatt Bickwil runs a day special school for a total of 30 pupils with learning and behavioral difficulties. Of these, 10 learners are at the primary level.  We are a small school team that works closely together and is committed jointly to the development of our pupils. The solution-oriented approach and New Authority are the foundations of our way of acting. The pupils are supported according to their resources. The day school has ASD competence and offers counseling and support. We are looking for from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement a Social Pedagogue HF or FH workload 60 - 80 % at the primary level ## Your tasks: • Promotion of the competencies, resources and abilities of the primary school pupils • Prevention through early detection and projects on social topics • Interventions in crises and conflicts • Co-design and collaboration in the social pedagogical team (two social pedagogues and one social pedagogue in training) as well as in the school team • Counseling of pupils, parents and teachers Your requirement profile: • Recognized training in social pedagogy / social work HF or FH • Professional experience in the child/youth sector as well as with ASDYou communicate openly and transparently, act reflectively, remain persistent and maintain calm even in hectic moments • You do not lose your sense of humor even in turbulent times • You are interested in interdisciplinary cooperation • Readiness for annual working hours (increased workload during the school term) Our offer:  • A demanding position with many design possibilities at a lively school  • A versatile and independent activity  • A committed team that maintains solution-oriented cooperation  • Our interest in your personal development  • * Regulated working hours  • 12 weeks of vacation during the school holidays
