We operate on residential, tertiary and industrial projects in French-speaking Switzerland. Our construction projects cover: Aluminium joinery: doors, windows, glazed partitions, verandas Lightweight façades, curtain walls and building envelopes Custom metal architectural elements Works combining aluminium, steel, glass and stainless steel Your role You manage construction projects from pre-sales to handover. You are the main contact for the client, architects and project managers, ensuring coordination between design, manufacturing and installation. Your main responsibilities Pre-sales & Design Analysis of tender documents and architect plans Technical visits and site surveys Feasibility study (profiles, glazing, fixings, structural interfaces) Full costing of joinery/façade lots Drafting of offers and technical variants Technical coordination Managing the design office for detail and manufacturing plans Validation of technical solutions with client/architect Coordination with other trades Verification of interferences and execution details Purchasing & Manufacturing Supplier consultation (alu profiles, glazing, hardware) Negotiation and placing of orders Launching manufacturing and monitoring workshop priorities Preparation of installation files Site & Installation Planning of interventions and coordination of installation teams Site meetings and progress monitoring Quality control and compliance of works Management of site adaptations and unforeseen events Clearing of reservations and client handover Financial management Monitoring of project costs and margins Preparation of invoicing (progress payments, final accounts) Management of amendments Profile sought • Technical training in construction, metal joinery, façades or equivalent • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing alu joinery/façade projects • Excellent mastery of reading construction plans • Knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss requirements (waterproofing, thermal) • Experience in coordination with architects/PM/general contractors • Knowledge of Bexio • Fluent French; German and/or English appreciated Personal qualities Customer service orientation and ease with architects Ability to arbitrate between technical/cost/deadlines Leadership on site and team spirit Administrative rigor and financial monitoring What we offer you Salary starting from CHF 6'000 gross/month, adapted to your experience 13th month salary paid monthly Indefinite duration contract (CDI) Company vehicle for client/site travel Flexible hours: 8:00-8:30 / 17:00 (Friday 16:00) Minimum 20 days of vacation/year + 9 paid public holidays Stimulating technical environment with leading industrial clients Stability and development prospects
