Project Manager Medicines and Official Tariffs (80 - 100%) is the branch association of Swiss health insurers whose members represent 100% of the country's insured persons. The name emphasizes the association's priority to engage in political and social dialogue in favor of a high-quality and financially viable Swiss healthcare system. On behalf of its members, the Tariff Structures & Official Tariffs department develops and negotiates all outpatient and inpatient tariff structures and manages official tariffs. We are seeking, immediately or for a date to be agreed, a specialist for the position of Project Manager Medicines and Official Tariffs (80 - 100%). In this function, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Leading and managing projects in the field of tariffs set by the authorities (notably medicines, medical devices, and laboratory analyses) Coordinating the internal Working Group Official Tariffs and leading expert groups with specific specializations (pharmacist tariffs, remuneration in special cases, etc.) Developing political positions and reports Conducting evaluations and analyses in the field of medicines Collaborating closely with our members Representing interests with industry associations and authorities Your profile You are an analytical, methodical, and structured person with excellent comprehension skills and a marked interest in analyses You have solid knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and experience in the field of tariffs set by the authorities, ideally with training or experience in the pharmaceutical field You also distinguish yourself with an excellent team spirit and an autonomous, rigorous, and precise way of working You hold, preferably, a university degree (Master) in social sciences, economics, or pharmacy, or have equivalent continuing education You express yourself with ease, diplomacy, and precision, both orally and in writing, in French or German, and have good knowledge of the other official language You don't meet all the listed criteria?
