Posieux, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% You can make this contribution <br /> • Leadership and further development of the cross-site teams: resource planning, competence development and establishment of a quality-oriented service culture • Establishment of a cross-site organization of user services: conception and implementation of operating models for central support, facility management, central warehouse and laundry, definition of roles, responsibilities and cross-site standards • Control of the operational service offer: ensuring the availability and quality of services at all locations, measuring user satisfaction and initiating continuous improvement measures • Control of processes and digitalization: implementation of logistics processes (ProLeMo model), support in the introduction of digital tools and ensuring the traceability of processes • Representation of the department and support of external service providers: definition of outsourcing strategy, negotiation of strategic contracts and representation of the department vis-à-vis internal partners and federal authorities <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Bachelor's or master's degree from a university of applied sciences in logistics, facility management, hospitality or a related field; additional training in team or project management (IPMA, PMP) is an advantage • Several years of experience in a comparable area with proven leadership experience - ideally in the management of decentralized teams • Natural leadership qualities, creative mind, ability to question existing things and convince others; you feel comfortable in changing environments and complex situations • Experience with SAP and Jira; knowledge of the ProLeMo model or an equivalent model • Very good knowledge of two official languages <br /> In brief A rare position at the interface between management and service innovation: Agroscope is looking for a dynamic personality to take over the operational management of user services - a far-reaching, challenging and newly created area of responsibility.
