At Delica, you will take responsibility for the Product Management of our international Private\-Label\-Chocolate business as well as the strategic further development of selected third-party brand customers. What you move You lead and develop the Product Management team, set priorities, and create orientation in a dynamic environment. You are responsible for our international Private\-Label\-Chocolate portfolio and develop it with regard to market fit, customer relevance, and profitability. You manage the implementation of the export and portfolio strategy and identify new growth, innovation, and optimization potentials. You manage international product development, innovation, and customer projects along the entire product lifecycle with a focus on time\-to\-market and value creation. You work closely with Sales, Development, Production, Procurement, Quality, and other specialist departments and ensure viable, profitable decisions. What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Specialization: in Business Administration, Food Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field. Professional experience: Several years of experience in international product, portfolio, or category management, ideally in a Food, FMCG, or consumer goods environment; experience with international customers and product portfolios is a must. Experience in lateral or disciplinary leadership of employees and interdisciplinary teams. Strong business competence as well as experience with market, customer, portfolio, and business case analyses; SAP S/4HANA is an advantage. You think strategically and entrepreneurially, recognize growth potentials early on, and make well-founded decisions even under uncertainty. You convince with communication strength, ability to prioritize, and the ability to align people, projects, and stakeholders towards common goals.
