Polymechaniker*in Werkzeugunterhalt/Instandhaltung (m/w/d)

PWF Kunststofftechnik AG is a strongly growing company with around 110 employees around plastics - injection molding in the Swiss Midlands. For our renowned customer base, we produce with our modern infrastructure at the locations 4712 Laupersdorf, 5322 Koblenz and 3428 Wiler bei Utzenstorf. To strengthen our team in Laupersdorf, we are looking for you as a Polymechaniker*in Werkzeugunterhalt/Instandhaltung (m/w/d). What are your tasks? • Independent optimization, maintenance and repair of new and existing injection molding tools. • Support in developing solution proposals for upcoming tool repairs and optimizations. • Troubleshooting of operating equipment in ongoing production. • Revisions and repairs of existing systems, devices and injection molding tools. What do we expect from you? • Completed vocational training as a toolmaker or polymechanician or precision mechanic with a focus on mold construction, preferably with several years of professional experience or maintenance specialist with several years of professional experience in tool mold construction. • Relevant knowledge in the field of injection molding tools (new tools / tool repairs / tool conversions) is an advantage. • Team-oriented personality, high quality awareness, goal-oriented, careful and independent way of working as well as analytical thinking and acting. • You are a sociable and team-oriented personality, are resilient and keep a clear head even in hectic situations. • You have experience in turning, milling, grinding and polishing as well as in wiring electrical connections. • Good German language skills in word and writing.
