The Patrimoine Service is looking for a manager whose mission is to lead the MV/LV unit in order to ensure construction projects, renewal, and extension of the electrical network. Workplace ##### • Place Chauderon 27, 1003 Lausanne Missions ##### • Manage the human resources of their team consisting of six people: validate staffing needs, participate in recruitment, mentor and supervise their team, etc. • Organize the unit's activities, manage project coordination meetings and ongoing works related to MV/LV networks and substations, and operate as an expert or advisor • Lead MV/LV projects by ensuring planning and execution, from design to completion (construction, renewal, adaptation, extension), within the specified deadlines and budgets • Coordinate the different stakeholders and have projects carried out in the field of MV/LV networks and substations • Optimize processes, costs, and project completion times and recommend adjustment measures Profile ##### • HES Master's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent title • Experience in team management • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the technical management of multidisciplinary projects for a distribution network • CFFE (course for trainers in companies), an asset or willing to do so • Mastery of MS Office tools, SAP, planning software, and management tools • Good knowledge of German and English (reading) • Availability and ability to work in a network • Ability to reconcile public service requirements with a commercialized activity Activity rate ##### 80-100% Salary class ##### 11 Special conditions ##### driving license (cat.
