In this context, we are looking for a Scientific Librarian *An indispensable support to the training and research missions of the Haute Ecole de Santé - Vaud, the HESAV library actively participates in the development of the information skills of students and HESAV collaborators/collaborators.* *It also makes available all the necessary documentation* *(physical and electronic). At the start of the September 2026 term, HESAV will take on the challenge of integrating the premises of the new Campus Santé. For the library, this is a very beautiful development opportunity.* MAIN MISSIONS You participate in library projects as well as its promotion and its development, by contributing to its evolution and its influence. You support the academic mission of Research by accompanying HESAV collaborators/collaborators in their publication processes, by participating in the research projects of the Teaching and Research Staff (PER) and by collaborating in the implementation of a research data management service. Furthermore, you actively contribute to the development of the information skills of the HESAV community by designing and providing training within the framework of the various programs offered as well as optional workshops. You also ensure the necessary support for the acquisition of these skills. You participate in the management and development of physical and electronic collections (documentary policy, documentary processing and promotion of collections). You also ensure shifts at the reception service (lending and information) and orient different publics according to their expectations and needs. DESIRED PROFILE You hold a Master's in Information Sciences or an equivalent title, or a Bachelor's in Information Sciences with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an academic library. Your ability to adapt to technological evolutions and your intellectual curiosity complement your solid analytical and synthesis skills. You know how to organize and prioritize effectively and demonstrate initiative judiciously. Rigorous and methodical, you are also a source of proposals. You master the use of bibliographic databases, Zotero and Endnote, the Alma software (lending, cataloging and indexing) and usual office tools (Office 365). A good knowledge of written English is required and a good knowledge of German would be an asset.
