Job Description Your main activities: • Ensure methodological support and training of teams in Operational Excellence tools across the Group's departments and entities • Deploy and sustain Continuous Improvement processes in coordination with the various departments • Lead strategic, major, and cross-functional continuous improvement projects. • Structure and monitor projects through standards, KPIs, dashboards, and management rituals • Guarantee a factual, sustainable, and business results-oriented approach • Anticipate and accompany organizational impacts related to transformations and changes • Ensure the sustainability of implemented actions via audits and the reporting of field issues to feed action plans Qualifications • You hold a higher education degree in engineering, quality management, or an equivalent field, with mastery of Quality, Lean, and continuous improvement tools • You have proven experience in managing complex transformation projects as well as in leading Operational Excellence and Industrial Performance processes • You demonstrate strong leadership, allowing you to mobilize teams and successfully drive change • You possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, as well as a solid understanding of the challenges and constraints of a watchmaking production environment • You are comfortable in a cross-functional environment and know how to collaborate with various interlocutors • You distinguish yourself by your rigor, your synthesis skills, and your results orientation Additional Information What we offer: • Coverage of health insurance (basic and complementary) • 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes • A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities • The possibility, depending on the function, to work remotely • A company restaurant • An advantageous LPP Do you wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
