Social Worker BSc / FH

For our two wards, A2 for psychotherapy with a treatment focus on emotion regulation (DBT) and the private ward D3 with a treatment focus on acute psychiatry, we are looking for a Social Worker BSc / FH per 1. November 2026 or by arrangement. On our wards, the social service is an integral part of the interprofessional treatment team. It offers patients advice and assistance with social issues such as housing, work, daily structure, finances, and social insurance, involving the social environment. Your tasks The social workers record, define, and identify social problems and work closely with the respective treatment teams. The individually coordinated therapy offering on the wards is specifically aimed at reintegrating patients into their old or newly designed circumstances. The focus is on networking with institutions in the elderly sector, relatives, and specialist agencies, as well as searching for suitable follow-up solutions. Your profile For this demanding activity, we are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's in social work who can move professionally within an interdisciplinary team. You bring high professional and personal competence in socio-psychiatric work, resilience, flexibility, humor, as well as a special interest in interprofessional teamwork. Experience in working with older adults and corresponding networks are an advantage.
