For our customers, we are looking for a Leader: Building Technology Ventilation 100% Your tasks: • Technical management as well as operational participation in a small team in the field of ventilation technology – ensuring the contractually defined service services (trouble-free operation of the systems, maintenance, inspections) • Planning, coordination and monitoring of troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance work – Preparation of offers (tenders) for customers as needed – Co-responsibility for cost, budget and performance management – Active support, consulting and accompaniment of the customer-side contacts – Ensuring the quality standards of all services as well as clear and transparent communication – Support in complying with safety and health protection regulations at the workplace – Willingness to participate in standby duty (on-call duty). Your experiences: • Completed technical basic or further training as well as in-depth specialist knowledge in the field of building technology (ventilation, heating, sanitary) – Experience in a food processing environment is an advantage – Several years of experience in leading employees in a technical environment – High degree of personal responsibility, stress resistance and initiative – Strong customer, service and solution orientation – Structured, quality-oriented and process-oriented way of working – Safe and skilled handling of modern work and IT systems – Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; English language skills are an advantage.
