Creditors Clerk (m/w/d) Start of employment: immediately or by agreement The Finance, Legal & Services department is responsible for the entire accounting and all legal aspects of the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group. Finance is responsible for the entire accounting and controlling of the company with around 15 employees. To support our creditors team, we are looking for a team-oriented, committed and communicative person. This is what you can do Review, posting and booking of creditor invoices, credits and expenses Creation and booking of payment runs as well as reconciliation of bank accounts Booking and reconciliation of construction accounting Settlement of company credit cards Intercompany reconciliation Assistance with monthly and annual closures according to OR as well as support during audits Various administrative tasks (e.g. contract filing, system maintenance and master data maintenance etc.) Carrying out various reconciliations, evaluations and analyses Assistance with digitalization projects This is what you bring Commercial or equivalent education with preferred further training in accounting (level Financial and Accounting Clerk) Several years of professional experience in a comparable function Professional handling of ERP systems as well as good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word) Independent, precise and forward-thinking way of thinking and working Negotiation-secure German and medium English skills in word and writing (B2) Resilient, flexible personality with a high service orientation Home office is possible on two days a week This is what you can look forward to A team of passionate doers Generous participation in further education Combination of leisure and work Modern working time model Flat hierarchy with fast decision-making paths Numerous benefits This is us The Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination Andermatt with apartment houses, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss.
