Your tasks In this role, you ensure a personal, reliable, and well-groomed reception of our guests; this also includes: • You greet and bid farewell to guests in front of the hotel warmly, attentively, and professionally • You accompany luggage during arrival and departure carefully, reliably, and with a high understanding of service • You park guest vehicles safely and responsibly • You regularly check the entrance and lobby area for cleanliness, safety, and order • You carry out errand runs in the surrounding area efficiently and proactively • You carry out guest transfers in the immediate vicinity in a friendly, safe, and service-oriented manner <br /> Your profile You have a service-oriented education or practical experience in the hotel industry and bring experience in a similar position.
