Facility Management Specialist (a) Work location St. Gallen Workload 100% Start date immediately or by arrangement What awaits you <br /> • Monitoring, care, and management of various building technical systems • Independent planning and timely execution of repairs, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting • Control rounds and inspections with corresponding documentation • Timely processing of incoming work orders taking KPI specifications into account • Material procurement • Disposal management • Winter and on-call service • Administrative tasks (e.g., correct creation of reports, processing of checklists, etc.) <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Completed training as a Facility Management Specialist or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in caretaker services and gardening is an advantage • Good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage • Good PC skills (MS Office) as well as understanding of how to use internal programs • Structured, conscientious, and independent way of working • High customer and service orientation • Driver's license class B • Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt enforcement register extract) <br /> Ready for us?
