Head of Agogics

To consolidate and further develop the Agogics department, leadership strength and experience in accompanying change processes are required. Do you feel addressed? Stiftung Steinegg is a private law social institution in Wiesendangen (Winterthur area) that offers living and working spaces for people with multiple disabilities. We attach great importance to self-determination and supportive, promoting accompaniment. Currently, 36 residential and around 48 day places are offered. The total of around 100 employees thus provide a valuable living and meeting space with diverse service and work opportunities. We are looking for an engaged leadership personality by agreement in the function Head of Agogics 60-80% Member of the Executive Board ## In this function, you will take over the technical, personnel, financial, and organizational management of the Agogics business area, including the areas of residential and day offers as well as the staff positions for health and education, with around 60 employees. Your goal is to establish and further develop the shared agogic understanding and fields of action. To this end, you will develop concepts and instruments for the practical implementation of the agogic principles, taking into account the given business aspects, and ensure that clients receive the appropriate, participation-oriented services. In addition, you are responsible for the assessment of individual care needs (IBB). In addition to technical leadership, you bear operational and strategic co-responsibility in the Executive Board and in cross-departmental projects. We are looking for an experienced leader with higher education and professional experience in social or remedial pedagogy (FH). You have been able to complement your broad specialist knowledge with experience in complex residential and/or work-agogic areas, as well as experience in dealing with adults with disabilities and behavioral abnormalities. Furthermore, you are characterized by your confident handling of conceptual work and the resulting implementation. You maintain a pragmatic approach and convince through your integrative nature, combined with clarity and social competence. In doing so, you promote interdisciplinary cooperation and an open, appreciative interaction of all those involved.
