To complete our team of bus drivers, we are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented person as a bus driver team leader / female team leader at the Zofingen site from December 1st, 2026. Your tasks Team management around 20% • You act as a management person and model and take over the personnel management of around 15 employees in the driving service • You train new bus drivers • You conduct on-site interviews and accompany and develop the employees assigned to you • You inform about guidelines and ensure, in cooperation with the site management and other team leaders, their implementation in operations • You take on standby services and missions at the control center Driving service around 80% • You drive our line buses as a bus driver in Zofingen and Fahrwangen with pleasant driving in traffic • You advise our customers competently on tariff and schedule questions and sell tickets • You inform our customers in case of possible disruptions Your profile • Category D driver's license and driver qualification certificate (CZV card) required • Experience in organizational and personnel management • Several years of professional experience as a bus driver • Common mastery of German spoken and written • Very good knowledge of computer science and mastery of MS Office applications • Great social competence and customer-oriented thinking and action • You enjoy working independently and distinguish yourself through your reliability, flexibility and stress resistance We offer • Autonomous activity with a lot of responsibility in a motivated and well-rehearsed team • Promotion of employees through internal and external training • Attractive benefits and generous discounts (e.g. free 1st class general subscription, at least 5 weeks of vacation, attractive solutions for the pension fund) Are you interested?
