What you will do with us • Lead our editorial team and actively participate in the creation of politically neutral easyvote content. Specifically, your tasks include: • Responsibility for printed voting and election content from easyvote • Coordination of the production of easyvote brochures and other products and content on various political topics • Collaboration with partners in the field of print production (e.g., state chanceries, printing companies, volunteers, etc.) • Editorial collaboration in the creation of short, easily understandable, and politically neutral texts for brochures, clips, and the website, including checking for neutrality in cooperation with easyvote volunteers • Leadership of two permanent employees as well as three hourly-paid employees • Close cooperation with the Multimedia Team Lead and customer advisory What you should bring • Very good organizational skills and quick comprehension, especially under time pressure • Excellent editorial skills, experience in the editorial field is an advantage • A sense for neutral and easily understandable reporting • Hands-on mentality, high commitment, resilience, and flexibility • Excellent oral and written German skills, good French and Italian skills are an advantage • Interest in political events in Switzerland • Leadership and project management experience is an advantage • Basic knowledge of web applications and CMS is an advantage What awaits you with us • You determine where the journey of easyvote goes: contribute your ideas and realize them together with a dedicated team that is second to none. • Flexible annual working hours and home office possibility. • 40h week and five weeks of vacation. • Financial support for attending further education. • Take responsibility for an important organization in the field of political education and political participation of young people. • Deepen your leadership knowledge and expand your experience in organizational management. • Expand your network in the fields of political education and political participation as well as in the Swiss NPO and foundation world and benefit from it in the future. • Work in a young, highly motivated 40-member team with an average age of approx. 28 years. • Christmas dinners, farewell apéros etc. which can well and gladly also end in a gymnasium or another Bern bar (but do not have to). • Monthly gross salary from CHF 4-981.- (at 80%).
