The youth home of the Viktoria-Stiftung Richigen serves the education, care, training, schooling, and vocational clarification of socially deviant adolescents of school and apprenticeship age. Up to 36 female and male adolescents between the ages of 12 and 22 are admitted, whose separation and integration problems could not be resolved within their previous environment, thus making a change of milieu necessary. The adolescents are admitted exclusively by civil or criminal authorities. In addition to the pedagogical area, the institution's offerings include a psychological service, individual body therapy sessions, an internal school, protected work and training positions in the atelier and business areas, as well as systemic counseling for families. To support the team of the closed residential group offering for females for the care of a maximum of six young women and two crisis intervention places, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue FH / HF 40% ## Employment: from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement ### Field of activity ### • Guidance and support in personal life management • Providing security and stability to the adolescents with clear structures • Accompanying and caring for the young women in the closed residential group offering • Key worker work • Interdisciplinary cooperation Requirement profile ### • Training as a Social Pedagogue FH / HF or Bachelor of Arts in Social Work • Willingness to work irregular hours (including night on-call and weekend shifts) • Experience in stationary youth work desirable • In the event of mutual interest in employment, we will arrange a background check in advance (private extract and special private extract from the criminal record) We offer ### • 8 weeks of vacation per year • Regular supervision • Internal further training • Remuneration according to cantonal guidelines (salary class 17) • Collaboration in a motivated team • Support through internal interdisciplinary cooperation Interested?
