Heilpädagogische Schule Turbenthal The Heilpädagogische Schule Turbenthal is a day special school recognized by the Volksschulamt for children and adolescents with special learning and living needs from the Tösstal and surrounding area. With us, 46 students between the ages of 4 and 20 are accompanied, supported, and cared for in seven classes. The center of our work is the development of personal responsibility and self-determination - supported by respect, appreciation, and strong togetherness. School Administrator (60-80%) What awaits you • a versatile, meaningful task • a committed, warm, and manageable school team • close cooperation with the school management • further education and development opportunities • central place of work in Turbenthal (S-Bahn 11 & 26) Your tasks • co-shaping the daily organization in everyday school life • administration regarding student affairs and personnel • financial administration (accounts receivable, accounts payable, budget participation) • administrative, organizational, and legal support for the school management as well as the school management commission • point of contact for employees, parents, specialist agencies, and authorities • minute-taking at meetings Your profile • commercial basic training, ideally with further training in school administration (SIB/VPZS) • competent in the school financial area (BAB, LEI, statistics, etc.) • enjoyment of contact with people and a good sense in dealing with different stakeholder groups • independent, exact, and structured way of working • stylish German in speaking and writing • responsible, trustworthy, and team-oriented • proficient in using common IT programs (Word, Excel, Escola, Abraxas, etc.) We offer A varied, responsible activity in a small, appreciative school where cooperation is truly lived.
