Safety Officer & Lean Coordinator

At our headquarters in Flums, we are looking for a broadly based, innovative, open, accessible, and collegiate personality as Safety Officer & Lean Coordinator (ag) immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: You are at the forefront of implementing our safety and efficiency strategy in operation. You proactively help make our workplaces in the company safer and our processes leaner. With your training and supportive approach, you help our teams understand, accept, and live by safety guidelines. You identify risks and optimization potential close to the action and develop practical solutions in cooperation with our employees. You thrive in the "Kür", which allows you to directly and sustainably shape our safety culture, and are willing to take on the "duty" with accident analyses, documentation, and reporting. Your profile: You should have a completed technical education and corresponding further training in the fields of safety technology, occupational safety, or similar. Several years of professional experience as a safety officer in an industrial environment is an advantage. Ideally, you have knowledge and affinity for Lean Management and established Lean instruments. You convince with your pragmatism, hands-on mentality, initiative, and possess common sense, communication strength, and assertiveness. As a team player, you approach your counterparts at eye level, possess maker qualities with foresight and circumspection. You are open to meaningful further training and are familiar with MS Office programs and potential safety management systems.
