Composed of about thirty experts, engineers and highly qualified project managers, it is the guarantor of our know-how and embodies our commitment to innovation and sustainability. As a TCE Renovation Specialist, you contribute to the technical, financial and methodological analysis of consultation files, with a global all-trades approach, in order to produce reliable, competitive offers consistent with project constraints. You occupy a central role in securing the offers submitted to the clients. Specialist TCE Renovation (M/F) Your responsibilities and missions: You analyze tender files (plans, descriptions, specifications, technical reports, diagnostics, planning and contractual documents) in order to identify sensitive points, inconsistencies, risks and specific constraints for renovation projects. You perform or coordinate all-trades measurements and quantities, establish cost estimates by CFC and analyze constructive solutions, variants and possible optimizations. You consult companies, suppliers and subcontractors, analyze and negotiate the offers received in order to build cost prices and consolidate the overall financial offer. You participate in the drafting of technical, methodological and organizational notices, as well as in the development of phasing, site installation principles, access, logistics and maintenance of existing activities. You identify the differentiation points of the offer and propose solutions for rationalization, securing or optimization of the project. You prepare the necessary elements for hearings, presentations and clarification meetings with the client and their representatives. You collaborate with the design and works teams and ensure coordination with representatives, engineers, architects, companies and suppliers until the transmission of the file to the works teams. Why not you? Do you hold a degree in engineering, architecture, experienced site manager or equivalent in the building sector? Do you have confirmed experience in price studies, works management or technical management of renovation projects? Do you have a good knowledge of the construction market, companies, costs per trade and cost structuring methods in Switzerland (CFC)? Are you comfortable with complex renovation, transformation, rehabilitation or vertical extension projects, ideally in a general company, total company, construction economy office or works management? Do you demonstrate an analytical mind, rigor and precision in estimating, with a capacity to anticipate risks and propose pragmatic solutions? Do you master office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and are you comfortable with reading plans and measurement or estimation tools? Are you autonomous, reactive, endowed with a good sense of synthesis and do you appreciate coordination with various technical interlocutors? Do you speak French fluently?
