YOUR TASKS • Review and follow-up of patient and case data • Obtaining cost approvals and information from service providers • Creating cost estimates for national and international patients for upgrades and depots • Processing and forwarding letters from guarantors • Recording incoming cost approvals and monitoring them • Ensuring timely information for patients, guarantors, clinics, and medical staff • Providing information to internal departments and medical staff as well as various administrative tasks (written and telephone) • Close coordination and cooperation with relevant interfaces such as emergency dispatch, patient dispatch, check-in / guest services, and Hirslanden International <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Commercial training and good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system desired • Teamwork, social competence, and sense of responsibility • High customer orientation and enjoyment of telephone customer contact • High stress tolerance and assertiveness • Stylistically correct German and English in word and writing, any additional language an advantage <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, you can expect an inter- and multi-professionally working, well-rehearsed team.
