Your challenges with us As a Project Manager, you are the face of RUG Gerüste AG on the construction site and manage our projects from A to Z: All-round Management: You take complete responsibility from work preparation (AVOR) to the successful final inspection. Team Lead: You coordinate, plan, and lead our assembly groups in a motivating and goal-oriented manner. Commercial Skill: Pre-calculations, tendering, the entire order processing, and the creation of measurements are in your hands. Safety & Quality: You ensure construction site safety without compromise and maintain the high RUG quality standards. Networking: You maintain existing customer relationships and actively expand our market presence. Co-design: In yard management, you contribute actively and take on co-responsibility. Your foundation You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured manner, and bring the following qualifications: Basis: A completed apprenticeship in scaffolding or in the main construction trade. Experience: Profound experience in the construction industry is mandatorily necessary for this role. Plus point: Further training as an Object Manager Scaffolding, Site Manager Building Envelope/Structural Engineering, or as a Technician (or comparable). Mindset: Entrepreneurial, performance-oriented, and networked thinking characterizes you. Digital Native in construction: An efficient way of working and proficient use of modern electronic aids (industry software, MS Office etc.) are a matter of course for you.
