Your missions: Supervise, support and develop the assistants placed under your responsibility, including the definition of annual objectives and the monitoring of their achievement Ensure attentive and professional follow-up with tenants, both during direct contact and on the phone Ensure the proper maintenance of buildings according to the management mandate and coordinate necessary interventions Perform regular inspections of real estate and prepare the corresponding status reports Organize and carry out move-in and move-out inspections as part of valuations or changes of tenants. Manage a portfolio of buildings in a proactive and complete manner Update leases, proceed with contractual modifications and rent adjustments, including indexed rents Advise owners on rental strategy and supervise the application of the current rent policy Verify and validate accounts payable invoices as well as management statements and service charge statements Your profile: You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, initiative and an excellent sense of interpersonal skills (entregent) Your customer orientation is strong and you know how to establish relationships of trust and collaboration You are comfortable with digital tools and enjoy participating in evolutions and transformation projects You have perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written, and possess strong writing skills You have good knowledge of accounting, as well as tenancy law and the main legal bases (CO, CC, LP) You have several years of confirmed experience in real estate management (3 to 5 years) You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training You have obtained or are in the process of obtaining the federal patent of property manager, or are following continuing education in this field Ready to take on a new challenge and give momentum to your career?
