Your tasks In this versatile position, you are a central contact person for our guests and contribute significantly to a positive overall experience: • Receipt and coordination of reservations • Warm care of our guests – from reception to farewell • Independent collection of consumption as well as daily accounting • Preparation of the service area for a smooth process • Support during banquets and special occasions • Acceptance and control of goods deliveries Additional tasks: • Assistance with inventory work • Support in the design and decoration of rooms What you bring with you: • Joy in dealing with guests and strong service orientation • Responsible and independent way of working • Team spirit and flexibility • Well-groomed appearance as well as good manners
