Supply Chain Specialist - Expatriation Thailand (M/F)

Locality Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41964 Published on 15/08/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job description ### As part of its international development, our client wishes to strengthen its Supply Chain organization by integrating a profile capable of improving flows, processes, and operational management. You will work in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager, while reporting directly to Management. Ideally, you should have managerial experience in order to be able, if necessary, to evolve into a Supply Chain Manager role. Main responsibilities: • Work in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager to improve the department's organization, flows, and processes • Evaluate the current Supply Chain organization and identify priority areas for structuring and improvement • Strengthen critical workflows related to production planning, priority management, and operational monitoring • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the ERP as a tool for management and data reliability • Clarify roles, responsibilities, and interfaces with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and other industrial functions • Implement monitoring indicators to ensure the reliability of lead times, stocks, priorities, and Supply Chain performance • Support teams in the adoption of new working methods and be capable, if necessary, of taking on more managerial responsibilities Profile ### • Proven experience in industrial Supply Chain, ideally in a watchmaking, dial, microtechnical, or high quality requirement manufacturing environment • Solid mastery of production planning, flow management, stocks, priorities, and lead times • Good understanding of ERPs and their role in operational management, flow reliability, and continuous improvement • Managerial experience or a strong capacity to supervise, unite, and support teams in a context of transformation • Ability to collaborate, while providing structuring expertise and a vision for Supply Chain improvement • Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, solution orientation, sense of the field, and ability to evolve in an international environment • Professional English appreciated Advantages: • An incredible expatriation experience within an international industrial environment • A key role to strengthen, structure, and sustainably improve the Supply Chain organization • A potential opportunity for evolution towards broader managerial responsibilities Supply Chain Specialist - Expatriation Thailand (M/F) / Permanent
