In this function, you will take over the leadership of the field service team, look after selected key customers and retailers, and bear the responsibility for the successful development of your market area. Your tasks Responsibility for the strategic and operative development of the Meat, Food area (craft and industrial producers) Switzerland. Implementation of the sales and market strategy within the area of responsibility in close coordination with the DACH responsible for Meat, Food. Your profile: You have a solid education in the food sector (ideally in the meat industry) as well as several years of experience in sales, Key Account Management, or a comparable market-oriented function. Thanks to your pronounced understanding of the processes and requirements of the food industry, you move confidently in the environment of craft businesses, trading partners, and other market players. As a leader, you know how to motivate and develop employees and to achieve ambitious goals together.
