To complement our committed team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as   Childcare Specialist as Substitute (a) 20%   Area of responsibility You flexibly support our children's groups during holidays, further training, or other absences in the team You accompany and promote children with heart, professional competence, and a resource-oriented perspective You help shape a varied, age-appropriate Kita everyday life You contribute your own ideas to projects, activities, and rituals You work closely with the team and participate actively in meetings and Kita events You contribute to an appreciative and trusting atmosphere for children, parents, and employees   Profile Completed training as Childcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalent, recognized pedagogical education Joy in working with children of different age groups High flexibility and willingness for changing assignments Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working Resilience as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in lively situations Openness, humor, and team spirit   Our offer Career and family: Maternity leave: With 16 weeks of maternity leave at full pay, our female employees enjoy the first progress of their little ones unburdened.
