As part of the development of our psychiatry and addictology department, we are looking for a motivated and benevolent Psychiatric and Addictology Nurse to join our team. Your mission ## • Ensure the follow-up and support of patients suffering from psychiatric disorders and/or addictions at home. • Evaluate needs, develop and implement individualized care plans. • Promote staying at home and the autonomy of beneficiaries. • Work in close collaboration with doctors, families and various partners in the healthcare and medico-social network. • Participate in prevention, therapeutic education and health promotion. • Guarantee global, human and secure care for patients. Your profile ## • HES nursing diploma or title deemed equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. • CAS in psychiatry, a real asset • Confirmed training or experience in psychiatry and/or addictology. • Experience in home care, an asset. • Excellent interpersonal, listening and adaptation skills. • Sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit. • Driving license indispensable.
