In order to strengthen our operating room team, we are looking for a: Operating Room Specialized Nurse (IDDO) or Operating Room Technician (TSO) Activity rate: 50 % to 100% Your mission Within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you actively participate in the care of patients in the operating room by guaranteeing a high level of quality, safety, and organization. You intervene notably in the following specialties: Gynecology, Hand Surgery, Plastic and reconstructive surgery, General and digestive surgery, ENT, Orthopedics, Urology, Maxillofacial surgery. Your main responsibilities: Prepare and control the material and instruments necessary for interventions. Ensure instrumentation during surgical interventions. Guarantee rigorous respect for hygiene, asepsis, and safety rules. Organize the transport of material to sterilization. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the entire operating room team. Contribute to the quality of patient care and the proper functioning of the operating room. Your profile: You are a rigorous, organized person and appreciate teamwork in a demanding environment. You have the following qualifications: Diploma as an Operating Room Specialized Nurse (IDDO) or as an Operating Room Technician (TSO). Alternatively, a nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross with the right to practice in Switzerland. At least one year of experience in a multidisciplinary operating room. Excellent mastery of instrumentation techniques. Good ability to adapt and sense of priorities. Team spirit, autonomy, and resistance to stress. Excellent mastery of French.
