We are an innovative non-profit company at the interface of social integration services and services for the public. On behalf of the Directorate of Health, Social Affairs and Integration (GSI) of the Canton of Bern, we are responsible for the strategic planning and the provision of measures for the social and professional integration of long-term unemployed persons. The Central Services of the Stiftung intact (Finance, Personnel and Administration) are managed in Burgdorf. The Administration offers three to five integration places for participants. We are looking for from 1.October 2026 or by arrangement in Burgdorf a Agogic* Employee Administration and Integration Specialist 80% ## Your tasks are • Independent management of the administration under the overall management of the Central Services • Agogic support, guidance and promotion of three to five participants • Case management as an integration specialist • Individual support and counseling of the participants • Coordination and support of interns and apprentices • Cooperation with external agencies • Administrative support of the Marketing & Communication area as well as Finance Your profile You have a commercial basic training and possess a tertiary educational degree in social work, psychology or a related field (e.g. coaching, case management). Ideally, you have been able to gain initial experience in work integration and your heart still beats for the commercial sector. Working with a wide variety of people in an agogic setting gives you joy and you possess an empathetic and appreciative manner. You are characterized by your organizational skills, you work effortlessly with Microsoft Office and digital working is a matter of course for you.
