These are your tasks • You are responsible for the precise creation of annual statements in the area of energy and water costs – in particular, electricity cost statements in connection with ZEV (Zusammenschluss zum Eigenverbrauch) as well as charging current for e-mobility • You act as a competent contact person for property owners and real estate accountants and support them with all questions regarding electricity billing and energy accounting • You receive the concerns of our condominium owners and tenants and answer their questions • You are a sparring partner for your colleagues and provide cross-departmental support in matters of electricity billing What you bring with you • Technical training in the field of electricity • Ideally commercial basic training or Technical Clerk • Further training or practical experience in energy supply is welcome • High willingness to learn a new subject and a flair for numbers • Communicative, motivated, goal- and service-oriented personality • Independent way of working and yet a real team player • You are proficient in the German language, both orally and in writing What you can count on from us • Flexible working hours apply in the office for more flexibility in the workplace • Employees have 5 weeks of vacation available per year.
